The Innovative Healthcare Institute is proud to offer a series of masterclasses focusing on quality improvement and patient safety, presented by the Global Journal on Quality and Safety in Healthcare. The list of available courses is below. These classes are designed for health professionals, physicians, nurses, pharmacists, allied health sciences, quality improvement specialists, and healthcare managers and leaders. Training is offered on-site at your location as a private class for any interested hospital or organization.
Available Courses:
Duration: One Day
This masterclass intends to equip participants with hands-on training on how to design a quality improvement project that aims address data derive quality issue or problem for the purpose of improving quality, safety and value of healthcare. Participants will be introduced to the quality improvement concept and principles, as well as methodology, tools, and improvement actions. There is an option of having an additional day with hands-on training for participants who have an actual project that is ready to put into manuscript form for potential publication in a healthcare journal.
Duration: One Day
This masterclass intends to equip participants with hands-on training on how to write publishable manuscripts about their own quality improvement project. Instructors will provide feedback and practical advices on the general construct of individual manuscripts during the Masterclass. Detailed editorial services such as language, style and formatting of individual manuscripts are not within the scope of this Masterclass. There is an option of having an additional day to discuss how to design a quality improvement project.
Duration: One Day
This masterclass combines the topics and concepts taught in the first two masterclasses into one, but without hands-on opportunities to work on individual manuscripts.

This masterclass will introduce the participants to the main concept, principles, and tools to understand how to improve patient safety in healthcare setting.
